We use personal contact information to communicate with you about our news and events, and local community events, via our newsletter mailing list.
Demographic data of members will be used to understand member needs whilst evaluating our member reach and working towards accurate representation of our town through our membership. Your personal data will not be used in any other way unless expressly stated when collected.
How long will we keep your data?
We will keep member data until you unsubscribe and then for a further period of up to 1 year. We will keep newsletter data until you unsubscribe and then for a further period of up to 1 year.
Will we share your personal data?
We will never share your personal data with anyone outside of Transition Town Exmouth, except when required to do so legally ie to law enforcement agencies.
How can you access, delete, or amend your personal data?
